Where: Royal Oak High School
All training will be Tuesdays and either Thursday or Friday (depending on the week) from 5:30-7:30 at Royal Oak High School.
Conditioning will consist of running, strength training, weight training, jump training, abdominal work and speed training. Conditioning will be conducted by the coaching staff and is not mandatory but is recommended.
Condition will take place rain or shine. Please be sure to dress for the weather. If it is cool outside you will want to bring long sleeve shirt and pants. We will be outside if the weather is nice and inside if it is too cold or rainy. There are a few things you will want to bring to each conditioning session:
- Court shoes and outdoor shoes
- Water
- Beach towel
- Extra shirt if it's really warm
Please do not bring any music devices or iPods. Also, you may want to leave all valuables at home or locked in your car since we will be away from our bags from time to time. You will also want to check the site on a regular basis to make sure there has not been any changes to the schedule.
